International Orders

Payment- No credit cards. We will accept bank wire transfers and Paypal. You may also send certified check, but we will wait for it to clear at our bank before we ship product.

Customs- We will declare exact value of item being purchased, and will not reduce invoice amount to lower duties and taxes to fraudulently benefit buyer.

Shipping- For most large orders we will ship by DB Schenker from our door to your airport with signature confirmation. This reduces any confusion with taxes and duties and eliminates risk of consignee (you) not being home at time of delivery.

Carriers- We use DB Schenker (currently Bax Global), US Postal Service, and UPS

Terms and Conditions

Please inspect product immediately upon arrival for any damages incurred during shipping. Damages must be reported to this number (815) 758-2783 within 5 days of arrival.

Returns

  • No returns accepted after 90 days or receipt
  • All returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#) obtained by calling the returns department at (815) 758-2783. A $5.00 administrative fee will be charged on any item that is returned without an RGA#. Items must be returned immediately after issuance of RGA#.
  • All orders must be checked for shortages or damage and reported to Melrose within 5 days of receipt. Please have invoice number ready when calling.
  • A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
  • We reserve the right to determine if a returned part was manufactured or distributed by Melrose.
  • No returns will be accepted on parts used or damaged by the customer.
  • No credit will be issued on kits returned with missing items.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returned 45 days of receipt.
  • A restocking fee of 30% will be charged for all special orders.
  • All electrical must be returned unused in the original, undamaged packaging with label and part number clearly marked.
  • All parts returned damaged due to carelessness or installation attempts are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

  • If an order is damaged, call Melrose immediately reporting the damage. All original boxes and packing material must be saved for inspection by UPS. Do not return the parts directly to us, as our shipping department cannnot accept unauthorized returns.
